• Can you email a quotation?
The prices are clearly listed on the site and are automatically calculated during the ordering process. Therefore we don't send quotations.

• Can I recieve a sample?
Unfortunately not! We sell great products at a very competitive price. In order to keep prices low we do not offer samples.

• Is there a maximum or minimum size for wallpaper?
No, you can order any size! You simply enter the dimensions you want and we distribute it over strips of 47.5 cm. But we do recommend to pay attention to the quality of the picture that has to be printed.
 

• What is the delivery time?
All orders are shipped within 7 working days after the payment is recieved by us and after approval unless otherwise indicated. This is always subject to change.
 

• What is the maximum size of files that I upload?
This can be up to 500MB large, more than enough to realize a fantastic print.

• How wide are the wallpaper strips?
The strips of the wallpaper are 47.5 cm wide.
 

• Why is there no phone number on the website?

In order to keep prices low we do not offer telephone support during the ordering process.

•  What if I am not satisfied with the delivered product?
If there are any problems or complaints we ask you to contact us via the contact form or chat at the bottom right of the screen. Repro.nl strives to satisfy customers and try to respond as soon as possible.
 

• How do you deal with my privacy?
We take the privacy of our customers very seriously and is always guaranteed. We never provide information to third parties. If you create an account on our website, you agree that we may occasionally send you an e-mail, for example in the case of a special action. If you do not wish to receive this information, you can unsubscribe at any time. The payment by PayPal or Credit Card always done on the server of your or our bank, therefore we have no access to your payment details, this is absolutely secure.
 

• Returning shipments
All of our products are custom made and unfortunately can't be returned. In the unlikely event something is wrong with the quality, please contact us via the contact form on the "Contact" page.
 

• Payments
Payments may be done via iDEAL, Mastercard, Wire transfer, Paypal, Sofortüberweisung / Direct e-banking or Visa.
 

• A-sizes:
A5 = 148 x 210 mm
A4 = 210 x 297 mm
A3 = 297 x 420 mm
A2 = 420 x 594 mm
A1 = 594 x 841 mm
A0 = 841 x 1189 mm
 

• I want to print a Cad drawing, which option should I choose?
You can choose for 'Cad print' in the menu.
 

• What is CMYK?
CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) is a color setting that allows the colors to be adjusted to the color range of the printer. This allows your monitor to give a better representation of the end result.
 

• Can I submit a document with Pantone colors?
It is not possible to use Pantone colors, these are automatically converted to the closest CMYK value.
